INTEGRAL EXCALIBUR

A GAME OF UNCONSCIOUS IDENTITIES

DO THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES SOUND FAMILIAR ?

Who am I, the real self?

I don't know who I am and who the stranger in the mirror is.

Why does it seem to me that I live someone else's life?

I feel like I'm living on autopilot.

I wanted to say ... but I didn't dare.

I know I'm worth more, but I don't dare ask.

Everyone suffers, so it's ok for me to suffer, too.

I'm not capable enough, smart, resourceful, interesting ...

I feel obligated to do things I don't want to do.

If you feel are not living an original, authentic life, you are ruled by unconscious identities. We all have them - They are being created in different situations, which are either repetitive or of high energy / emotional intensity. The most common unconscious identities are the identity of a people pleaser (created in childhood, in the process of upbringing with punishment and reward), the identity of an anxious person, the identity of a person hungry for love, the identity of an injured child ...

They will do whatever it takes to justify your existence and push you into situations of unnecessary life dramas.

Each is detectable and can be discreated.

You would not believe how easy and beautiful life really is, when you are free of your "parasitic" small selves.
